Solution Design

The first service we offer is solution design. This is provided by one of our senior team members who bring their years of experience solving process problems. During solution design sessions, you can expect our consultants to:

Configuration

Configuration is the main service we provide. This is the configuration of your business processes and workflows in the Prolorus application. You can expect our consultants to:

  • make the necessary adjustments to configuration based on new insights and information as the project progresses

Support

Once your implementation is live, Prolorus offer high quality support. We realise customers want to be able to call someone to get assistance for urgent or time-critical issues. We provide this to all customers for priority one and priority two support requests. You can expect our support team to:

  • be available to respond to your higher priority issues over the phone
  • respond to your lower priority issues via our customer portal
  • understand your tailored system and resolve issues
  • help and support you through the resolution process of any issue
  • make the process of logging and resolving issues a low stress and enjoyable experience that you will want to tell your friends about

Internal Project Team

Our team has extensive IT project experience, and we appreciate some organisations do not have this capability for bigger projects such as a HRIS implementation. This is wherewe can help.

  • Assist with Software search and selection process including preparing Request for Proposal documents and managing the process
